Final Project
December 7th, 2010 | No Comments
The components of your final project and final course materials are as follows:
1 Revised synthetic essay (with comments addressed; see me with questions).
2 Final bibliography, reflecting work for entire semester.
3 Bibliography regarding statues in Cultural Gardens.
4 Unit/Curriculum plan, indexed with appendices and such; it should follow the principles modeled on Historical Thinking Matters. It should demonstrate your understanding of historical thinking, primary source interpretation, and be tied to the issues that you raised in your synthetic essay and bibliography.
5 Omeka poster of your presentation to your colleagues; complete with images and text, revealing your approach to your particular topic and using primary sources. Please note if there is problem with metadata that you entered and how it should be corrected.
6 The final project should be put together in a small binder and include all the materials that you will reference and/or use.
7 Please include essays/materials from the course with your final project.
Project Due on Friday, December 17, at 3pm in the History Department.
I am available to answer questions on Tuesday, December 14 from 1-2:45.
